1. What Metricsly does
Metricsly is a metrics dashboard that connects to your Stripe account via read-only OAuth and displays subscription data including MRR, churn rate, LTV, and 12-month history. We never make charges, initiate transfers, or modify your Stripe data in any way.
2. Your account
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Metricsly. By using the service you confirm you have the authority to connect the Stripe accounts you connect.
3. Paid plans and billing
Metricsly offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription (Starter at $19.99/month or Growth at $29.99/month). Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Metricsly to violate any laws, infringe any third-party rights, or attempt to access other users' data. You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract data from the service in bulk.
5. Data and Stripe access
Metricsly requests read-only access to your Stripe account. We store computed metric snapshots in our database to display your dashboard. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can revoke our access at any time via your Stripe dashboard under Connected Applications.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days notice and pro-rate any unused subscription time.
7. Limitation of liability
Metricsly is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
