What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

  • —Your name and email address from Google when you sign in
  • —Your Stripe subscription data (MRR, subscriber counts, invoice history) via read-only OAuth — used to compute your metrics
  • —Computed metric snapshots stored in our database so your dashboard loads quickly
  • —Feedback you voluntarily submit through the feedback form

What we do not collect

  • —Your Stripe secret key or any credentials that could initiate charges
  • —Your customers' personal data or payment information
  • —Browsing history, cookies for tracking, or device fingerprints

How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the Metricsly service — computing and displaying your metrics dashboard, sending your weekly email digest, and responding to feedback. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to run Metricsly:

  • —Supabase — Database and user authentication storage
  • —Stripe — Payment processing and Stripe Connect for reading your account data
  • —Resend — Sending weekly digest emails and feedback notifications
  • —Vercel — Hosting and infrastructure

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days. Metric snapshots older than 90 days are automatically purged from our database.

Your rights

You can revoke Metricsly's access to your Stripe account at any time via Stripe Dashboard → Settings → Connected applications. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email hi@metricsly.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your Stripe access tokens are stored encrypted in our database. We use Supabase Row Level Security so users can only access their own data. We do not store Stripe secret keys.
